Shirley Cai is a third-year Economics PhD student at Emory University. She earned her B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University in 2022. She has worked as a research assistant at the Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center at Stanford. Her research interests are in health and labor economics.
